Position Summary:
Join the specialty respiratory team to support specialist healthcare providers across the assigned territory. Provide clear clinical education, navigate access and reimbursement, and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers (pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists, practice managers).
- Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.
- Identify reimbursement and distribution needs and connect customers with appropriate support resources.
- Develop tailored account plans and tactics to drive patient access and service.
- Work with cross-functional partners (market access, medical affairs, marketing).
- Adhere to compliance and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.
- Travel domestically, including occasional overnight travel up to 30%.
- Valid driverโs license; willingness to drive.
- Hiring level:
- Specialty Account Specialist (grade 8): 5+ years pharma/medical device sales.
- Senior Specialty Account Specialist (grade 7): 12+ years pharma/medical device sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialty products experience via Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy channels.
- Payer reimbursement/market access experience.
- Background in biologics, rare disease, immunology, or respiratory/pulmonology specialty sales.
- Experience selling into IDNs/hospital systems; infusion and specialty pharmacy experience.
- Ability to develop account plans and track measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable primarily remote with occasional in-person/hybrid activities.
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
Work Arrangement/Location:
Field-based with on-site presence in the assigned territory; regular local travel and occasional travel beyond. Driving is essential.
