Role Summary

You will join the specialty respiratory team to support specialist healthcare providers across your territory. You will provide clinical education, help navigate access and reimbursement, and build strong professional relationships. This role emphasizes curiosity, practical problem solving and teamwork, with opportunities for visible impact and career growth.

Territory: Colorado Springs/Western Slope extending to Farmington, New Mexico. This role is primarily remote with hybrid arrangements based on territory needs. Travel to customer sites is required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers, including pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists and practice managers.
  • Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.
  • Identify reimbursement and distribution needs and connect customers with appropriate support resources.
  • Develop tailored account plans and tactics to drive patient access and service.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners, including market access, medical affairs, and marketing.
  • Adhere to compliance and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.
  • Required: Ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight travel up to 30%.
  • Required: Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as required for the role.
  • Preferred: Experience with specialty products using Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy distribution channels.
  • Preferred: Familiarity working with payer reimbursement or market access teams.
  • Preferred: Background in biologic, rare disease, immunology or respiratory/pulmonology specialty sales.
  • Preferred: Experience selling into integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or hospital systems.
  • Preferred: Infusion experience.
  • Preferred: Specialty pharmacy experience.
  • Preferred: Proven ability to develop account plans and track measurable outcomes.
  • Preferred: Comfortable working in a primarily remote role with occasional in-person and hybrid team activities.
  • Preferred: Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
