What You Will Do
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals; establish product sales and manage the total territory account plan.
- Provide account management support within a specific geography, driving product demand and coordinating field teams to address account needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote TEPEZZA within approved labeling in a fair/ethical manner consistent with legal/regulatory guidelines.
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with key stakeholders and matrix team members.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding and communicating customer needs/goals.
- Meet or exceed corporate sales goals.
- Provide accurate, timely communication of territory activity.
- Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information.
- Provide feedback to leadership and internal departments on changing environment and results.
- Adhere to company compliance policies/guidelines (including PhRMA code).
- Work closely with patient services and market access to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate between accounts and Amgen field teams to support account needs.
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options.
- Attend medical congresses and society meetings as needed.
- Manage efforts within assigned promotional and operational budget; maximize use of approved resources.
- Complete required company training and administrative duties.
- Perform other tasks as requested.

Basic Qualifications (choose level)
- Account Manager (Level 4): Bachelor’s + 3 years sales (pharma/biotech/med device) or hospital sales; OR Associate + 6 years; OR HS/GED + 8 years.
- Specialty Account Manager (Level 5): Doctorate + 2 years collective account management/sales/commercial experience; OR Master’s + 6 years; OR Bachelor’s + 8 years; OR Associate + 10 years.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Reimbursement navigation, site-of-care education, and/or patient access coordination.
- Product promotion requiring coordination with office staff, infusion centers, and patient services teams.
- Experience in/with Rheumatology and Nephrology.
- Familiarity with Tepezza (infused therapies, buy-and-bill, medical benefit products).
- Experience engaging administrators (community practices, academic centers, IDNs, hospital systems).
- Matrix collaboration (e.g., Market Access, Patient Services, MSLs, Nurse Educators, TLLs, Field Reimbursement).
- Payer/reimbursement/managed markets knowledge; negotiating access and/or navigating formulary pathways.
- Strong relationship-building; ability to educate on complex disease states and tailor communication.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable in fast-paced/ambiguous environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
- Willingness to travel up to ~80% (occasionally overnight/weekend).
