Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives, aligned with broader commercial and strategic account goals.
- Promote Tavneos within approved labeling in a fair, balanced, and ethical manner per corporate and industry compliance guidelines.
- Serve as a trusted partner and disease expert by delivering meaningful, patient-centered education on disease state and product information.
- Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders across the patient care ecosystem (physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers, infusion centers, caregivers).
- Navigate and engage within healthcare delivery settings (private practices, academic institutions, IDNs, community hospitals, specialty clinics).
- Identify and address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges with cross-functional teams (field access, patient services, case managers).
- Coordinate internal matrix teams (e.g., MSLs, Market Access, Nurse Educators, TLLs) to deliver integrated, account-specific solutions.
- Lead or support referral network development and site-of-care pathways for patient initiation and continuity of care.
- Establish relationships with local and regional KOLs to expand reach and influence.
- Provide field insights and market intelligence to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Use approved tools, peer education programs, and digital engagement channels.
- Maximize promotional resources and operate within assigned territory budget.
- Represent the company at medical congresses, society meetings, and educational events.
- Complete training and administrative responsibilities timely and accurately while upholding company policies and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Basic (Account Manager - Level 4): Bachelor’s degree and 3 years sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales; OR Associate degree and 6 years; OR High school/GED and 8 years.
- Basic (Specialty Account Manager - Level 5): Doctorate degree and 2 years collective account management/sales/commercial experience; OR Master’s and 6 years; OR Bachelor’s and 8 years; OR Associate degree and 10 years.

Preferred:
- Success in reimbursement navigation, site-of-care education, and/or patient access coordination.
- Experience promoting products requiring coordination with office staff, infusion centers, and patient services teams.
- Prior work with Rheumatology and/or Nephrology strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Tavneos (e.g., infused therapies, buy-and-bill, medical benefit products).
- Experience engaging administrators (community practices, academic centers, IDNs, hospital systems).
- Matrix collaboration with roles such as Market Access, Patient Services, MSLs, Nurse Educators, TLLs, Field Reimbursement.
- Knowledge of payer policies/reimbursement/managed markets; negotiating access or navigating formulary pathways.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships, educate on complex disease states, and adapt communication.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
- Self-motivation and adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
- Travel up to ~80% (occasional overnight/weekend).
