Responsibilities encompass overseeing logistics processes, managing SAP/Oracle systems, conducting inventory validation, facilitating material transfers, supporting documentation and batch record accuracy, and coordinating transportation with carriers. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, safety, and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in regulated supply chain, warehousing, or logistics; proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office. Preferred: experience in SOP development, staff training, industry trend awareness, and operating material handling equipment. High-value specifics include supporting clinical manufacturing, managing over 1,500 SKUs, and working in a GMP environment with occasional evening/weekend shifts and physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Work setup requires on-site presence with some flexibility for non-standard hours.
