Scope & Core Responsibilities
- Publish and maintain digital content across internal/external HQ channels (intranet, email, newsletters, SharePoint, corporate websites, etc.).
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of high-priority communications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure content accuracy via testing/QA, link validation, accessibility checks, and system readiness.
- Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot publishing errors and maintain channel continuity.
- Provide design consultation, template guidance, and technical recommendations.
- Use analytics to develop insights; collect and report digital channel performance metrics.
- Stay current on digital trends, CMS enhancements, and best practices; uphold brand/style/governance.
- Maintain quality/consistency/compliance and ensure messaging accuracy.
- Onboard and manage contractors supporting digital channel production.

Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years’ experience in digital communications, web production, or CMS publishing.
- High School Diploma.
- Enterprise-scale website/internal platform publishing experience.
- Proficiency with CMS tools (SharePoint, Poppulo, WordPress), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting across multiple systems; ability to learn new competencies.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail; service-oriented collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Health care/pharmaceutical experience (Fortune 500).
- PR agency experience.
