Specialist - Rebate Operations and Assurance

Role: Rebate Operations & Insights analyst supporting accurate rebate processing and business assurance activities within a biopharma commercial setting. Responsibilities: manage rebate calculations for Strategic and Non-Strategic customers, ensure timely payments, review and analyze contract data and terms, support audits, and develop reports for management. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Business Assurance, Pricing, Contracting) and external partners (vendors, managed care, Medicare). Perform data validation, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system enhancements for rebate and contract management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 4 years' experience in contracting/pricing, strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and SQL preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of contracting concepts, data manipulation, and financial analysis tools essential. High-value specifics: focus on rebate processing within a pharmaceutical or biotech commercial environment, handling large transaction volumes ($100K–$200M), with experience in data validation, contract review, and system support.
