Specialist - QA Shop Floor

Role: QA Specialist overseeing routine cell therapy manufacturing operations at BMS Bothell, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDocP, and Data Integrity principles. Responsibilities include real-time batch record review, observing manufacturing practices, authoring/modifying SOPs and Work Instructions, and leading deviation triage and CAPA activities to ensure quality and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's in STEM preferred; 3-4 years of GxP experience in biotech, pharma, or cell therapy manufacturing; proficiency with manufacturing systems such as MES, SAP, Deviation Management, and Document Management; strong attention to detail and risk-based decision-making skills.
