Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day patient engagement operations (scheduling, logistics, follow-up, admin support).
- Support end-to-end execution of patient engagement projects; track deliverables, timelines, and status.
- Maintain trackers/dashboards and working documents for visibility into activities, milestones, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional teams for review and guidance.
- Ensure materials and documentation follow applicable policies/standards.
- Support vendor coordination and document routing.
- Support compliance documentation, file maintenance, and issue tracking.
- Plan and coordinate meetings (agendas, materials, slides, notes, summaries, action items, follow-up); add insights to X-fly.
- Support independent grant processing, review, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Manage multiple priorities; communicate clearly with internal/external stakeholders.
- Apply sound judgment and escalate issues as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 1–3 years experience in healthcare/pharma/biotech/patient advocacy or related project coordination/admin support.
- Strong organization and time management; excellent verbal/written communication.
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment; attention to detail; accurate records/trackers.
- Basic understanding of compliance/confidentiality/documentation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years patient advocacy/engagement/stakeholder coordination.
- Pharma/biotech experience; science/business/healthcare degree.
- Grant operations/project coordination in a regulated environment.
