Role Overview
- Perform practical execution of data governance policies and standards by managing customer master data (HCP/HCO) day-to-day.
- Ensure customer data is accurate, complete, consistent, and compliant; review requests, resolve issues, support system changes, and maintain stewardship standards.
Role Description
- Steward customer master data: enforce governed survivorship, harmonization, and cross-domain consistency; review and consolidate source-system data.
- Use Informatica MDM for stewardship workflows; validate changes and update the golden record.
- Maintain data quality: manage duplicates/conflicts/missing values; perform merge/unmerge as needed; address anomalies and discrepancies.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate remediation with source owners.
- Enforce master/reference data model standards, golden-record survivorship rules, and SOPs; ensure PII/PHI protections.
- Operate lifecycle workflows (create/change/retire), coordinate integration impacts, and support upgrades/UAT.
- Maintain SLAs; perform UAT for enhancements; document outcomes/metrics.
- Support automation/agentic AI for validation, triage, routing, and monitoring.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED; 5+ years relevant experience.
- Data stewardship/MDM/data governance experience; strong customer master data domain knowledge.
- Informatica MDM experience (required or highly preferred); strong SQL.
- Merge/unmerge, stewardship workflows, data quality monitoring; system upgrades and UAT.
- Advantage: Veeva CRM; regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong SOP/SLA understanding, communication, documentation, problem-solving.
