Job Summary:
Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing equipment. Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, drawings/diagrams/specifications/prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions. Maintains maintenance and repair logs. Uses hand, power, and test tools. Under supervision may redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.

Shift: 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday, 10pm–6:30am) with 15% shift differential.

Essential Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair using technical manuals and schematics.
- Perform work in one or more machine trades including electrical, mechanical, or machining.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and repair.
- Assist in installation of new equipment.
- Inspect manufacturing equipment operations on a routine basis.
- Install new units or replacement parts according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Enter and maintain data in a computerized system.
- Assist the Maintenance Department with general building maintenance functions.

Qualifications:
- High School/GED with 3–5 years related experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training).
- Vocational or technical training.
- 1–3 years mechanical maintenance experience.
- Organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of cGMP procedures preferred.
- Familiar with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Knowledgeable in calibration and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Skilled in maintaining computer database programs.

Pay Range: $28.80–$43.20 per hour.
