Purpose:
Specialist I, Procurement Operations Enablement executes end-to-end procurement processes aligned with business goals and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, supporting supplier diversity and sustainability, and enabling tactical supplier performance management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end Tactical Supplier Performance Management: contract compliance, invoice validation, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Review supplier contracts to ensure deliverables, pricing, schedules, and contractual obligations are met.
- Validate invoices against approved contract terms, quantities, timeframes, and deliverables; authorize payments after verification; resolve disputes/errors.
- Measure and monitor supplier performance using agreed indicators; participate in performance reviews, capture outcomes, and track actions to closure.
- Provide data analysis and administrative support: supplier metrics/research, master data, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Execute continuous improvement projects; support adaptability and innovation in procurement operations.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests, analyses, and reporting.
- Complete additional assigned tasks and enable team goals/targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or related operations/business.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook).
- Innovative, solution-oriented problem-solving and clear communication.
- Cross-functional collaboration/teamwork; consensus-building in challenging situations.
- Ability to lead communication with team members, stakeholders, management, and suppliers.
- Strong work ethic.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred.
