Position Summary
- Full Stack Developer for an AI-first, agile product team supporting Global Development Operations (GDO)
- Develop and operate AI-native products where LLMs, agentic workflows, and data-driven intelligence are the default approach

Specific Responsibilities
- Develop LLM-native and agentic applications (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AWS Bedrock, LangChain)
- Develop scalable, secure, stable applications using Python/Java/Node JS/React JS; use vibe coding best practices
- Build rapid prototypes to assess viability of use cases
- Implement microservices-based solutions on AWS
- Incorporate microservices, APIs, MCPs, and event-driven processes
- Implement CI/CD practices
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Research and evaluate new tools and technologies
- Maintain a continuous-learning mindset and share knowledge with the team
- Investigate issues with systems and data; identify solutions for short-term remediation and long-term strategy

Requirements
- 2+ years of related software development experience (Pharma/Life Sciences experience is a plus)
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java, plus a UI framework (preferably React JS)
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and familiarity developing AI applications
- Practical experience building Generative and Agentic AI applications (LangChain) is a plus
- AWS Cloud experience (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker) is a plus
- Data analytics skills: SQL/NoSQL; ability to write efficient queries
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relationship builder; effective in a highly matrix organization with strong communication, planning, and collaboration
