Specialist, Finance Data Analytics (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Support audit teams by fulfilling data requests from financial, accounting, and compliance systems.
- Drive strategic integration of AI tools to streamline the end-to-end audit process (planning/risk assessment through execution/reporting).
- Develop analytics solutions and dashboards to provide real-time risk assessments and control insights using Power BI and other Microsoft tools.
- Deliver team projects using agile project management methods.
- Build automations to improve efficiency using UiPath, Dataiku, and Python/R.
- Document technical solutions in line with SDLC requirements.
- Collaborate with and present insights to finance and analytics groups.
- Explore and test new systems/technologies to expand capabilities.
- Support execution of financial, operational, SOX 404, IT, integrated, and process audits (domestic and international).

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field with strong data analytics focus.

Required:
- 1+ year experience in Finance, Internal Audit, or Data Analytics.
- Strong data analytics (transformation, modeling, analysis, visualization) and Excel.
- Power BI (or similar BI tools).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP COMET, ATLAS, FSA, BPC, Veeva).
- Automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate), ETL tools (Dataiku, Matillion, Databricks).
- Coding (SQL, R, Python, or VBA); agile/Jira.
- Familiarity with AI/agentic AI and advanced/predictive analytics.
- Data governance and SDLC compliance.
- Ethics/integrity, teamwork, interpersonal/customer focus, strong written/verbal communication.
- Travel up to 10% (domestic/international).

Preferred:
- Understanding of financial systems/controls; experience in financial auditing/compliance.
- Programming experience in Python/R (or similar).
