Qualifications: BS in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; minimum 3 years of professional experience in industrial safety or EHS roles. Preferred skills include experience in high-risk work management, regulatory agency inspections, and certifications such as ASP, CSP, CHMM, or CHST. Key biopharma specifics involve working within a regulated manufacturing environment, supporting compliance with federal/state/local EHS standards, and collaborating with site operations, contractors, and safety teams. The position is based at the Rahway site with no travel requirements. The role emphasizes safety program management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.
