Specialist, Engineering

Role: Engineering Maintenance & Utilities Specialist supporting manufacturing operations in vaccine and biologics production, primarily through shift work (initially days, progressing to third shift). Responsibilities: provide technical engineering support for GMP manufacturing facilities, including equipment maintenance, utilities (power, HVAC, WFI), troubleshooting, process improvements, and project management; develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance; support safety and quality standards; prepare SOPs and assist in audits. Requirements: BSc in Engineering, Science, or Technology; 3+ years in manufacturing or technical support; proficiency in P&ID interpretation, GMP standards, and CMMS tools. Preferred: knowledge of cGMP, Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, reliability engineering, and systems like SAP or Maximo. High-Value: vaccine/biologics manufacturing, utilities, GMP compliance, project management, technical troubleshooting, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Work setup: initial day shift, supporting future 2nd and 3rd shift, no travel required, future support may include weekend shifts.
