Specialist, Compliance

Role: Compliance Specialist supporting site learning and training compliance within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Primary objectives include ensuring adherence to QMS, GxP, regulatory standards, and inspection readiness through effective instructional design and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities involve developing and updating instructor-led and digital training content, managing LMS and curriculum activities, collaborating with SMEs, Quality, and L&D teams to identify learning needs, and evaluating training effectiveness for ongoing enhancements. Requirements: High School diploma or GED with at least 6 years relevant experience; proficiency with Articulate 360, Captivate, PowerPoint, and LMS systems; GxP/GMP experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills; digital/AI-first mindset; familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in instructional design, technical writing, or facilitation. High-value biopharma specifics include a regulated environment, adult learning principles, and a focus on training compliance and performance improvement. Location: Hybrid at West Point with no travel required.
