Role: Analytical Technical Operations Specialist supporting analytical execution within CMC Development for biopharma programs, with a focus on stability studies, testing coordination, and digital operations. Responsibilities: manage testing schedules, support stability protocols for mRNA and LNP therapeutics, compile and review analytical data, and drive digital workflow improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sample management, forecasting, and process enhancements to ensure timely study deliverables and data quality. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field; 3-6 years in biotech/pharma, with experience in regulated environments supporting stability and analytical testing; proficiency with LIMS/ELN systems; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: experience with mRNA, LNP, biologics, or advanced modalities; familiarity with CMC development and digital automation projects; ability to analyze and trend data for scientific and operational insights.
