Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable APIs and application services.
- Implement responsive UI and ensure smooth backend integration.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code; follow engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and refactoring.
- Design and implement AI-powered features and intelligent workflows (AI agents, chatbots, copilots, automation flows).
- Apply prompt engineering; support LLM-based solutions.
- Work with AI libraries/frameworks such as OpenAI APIs and LangChain; collaborate on RAG, search, and structured/unstructured data integration.
- Integrate with internal/external APIs, services, and enterprise data sources.
- Implement data retrieval, search, and transformation workflows; ensure reliable integration between front-end, back-end, and AI services.
- Deploy/support applications in cloud (AWS); contribute to CI/CD pipelines; use Docker/containerization.
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support in lower and production environments.
- Collaborate with architects/tech leads/product owners; translate requirements into technical solutions; communicate risks and progress.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
Education
- High School Diploma required.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- 3+ years software development (full stack).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript; React.js; strong API design/integration.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Hands-on enterprise LLM experience and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs/LangChain; experience with chatbots/copilots/automation or retrieval/search workflows.
- AWS and working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
- SQL/data querying and data processing; integration with structured/unstructured sources.
- Strong Agile collaboration and communication.
