Sourcing Manager

Role: Sourcing Manager supporting Clinical Trial Functional Service Providers, focusing on strategic procurement, supplier analysis, and contract management for clinical research projects. Responsibilities: develop sourcing strategies, conduct RFIs/RFPs/RFQs via Ariba, negotiate budgets, prepare and manage supplier contracts, monitor supplier performance, and analyze supply market trends. Collaborate closely with clinical research, procurement, legal, and finance teams to achieve operational and cost efficiencies. Requirements: BS/BA; at least 5 years in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management; strong analytical and negotiation skills; experience with clinical trial budgets and supplier negotiations. Preferred: knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, clinical research processes, and proficiency in Excel and Ariba. High-Value: supporting clinical trials, procurement in a biopharma setting, contract execution, supplier performance management, cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Work setup: hybrid; travel not required.
