Sourcing Manager

Role: Sourcing Manager supporting clinical trial supply chain procurement, focusing on strategic supplier analysis, contract execution, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities: conduct RFIs, RFPs, RFQs using Ariba; negotiate budgets; manage contracts with legal and senior management input; support clinical research, legal, compliance, and finance teams; monitor supplier performance; analyze supply markets; and contribute to category strategy development. Requirements: BS/BA with 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, vendor management, or related fields; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; experience evaluating clinical trial budgets and supplier bids; ability to influence cross-functional teams. Preferred: knowledge of pharma industry, clinical research operations, and proficiency in Excel and Ariba.
