Sourcing Lead - Electronics

Role: Global Sourcing Lead responsible for managing $250M electronic component spend, focusing on strategy development, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional supply chain execution within GE Healthcare. Responsibilities: deliver KPIs on cost, supply risk mitigation, contract coverage; lead negotiations with discrete component suppliers; collaborate with engineering on cost-down, design-to-value, and technology roadmaps; provide market intelligence on pricing and supply dynamics; support quality, regulatory, and continuity planning; drive initiatives across NPI and redesign programs.
