Sourcing Lead - Electronics

Role: Global Sourcing Lead for electronic components within a biopharma-related healthcare organization, responsible for managing $250M spend, category strategy development, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional supply chain execution. Responsibilities include delivering KPIs related to cost, supply risk, contract coverage, and supplier base optimization; leading annual negotiations with key suppliers; collaborating with engineering on cost reduction, alternate sourcing, and design-to-value initiatives; providing market intelligence on component pricing and supply market dynamics; supporting quality, regulatory, and fulfillment requirements; and driving supply chain scalability and compliance in NPI and redesign programs. Requirements: Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering or Supply Chain Management, minimum 5 years of experience in electronic component sourcing, strategy development, and supply chain management.
