Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute an AI-enabled analytics strategy aligned to GPO priorities and transformation goals.
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for predictive, prescriptive, and agentic analytics, including automation and decision intelligence.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases delivering measurable business value.
- Lead development and deployment of AI-enabled analytics solutions, including:
- Predictive forecasting, optimization models, and intelligent recommendations.
- Decision support embedded directly into buying and sourcing workflows.
- Automation and AI agents that proactively guide or execute actions.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, regulatory, procurement policy, and Responsible AI standards.
- Partner with Data Governance, IT, Legal, and Compliance to manage AI model lifecycle, validation, and ongoing oversight; ensure transparency/auditability/explainability; and apply consistent policy controls across AI-enabled workflows.
- Translate AI outputs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Drive adoption by embedding AI-enabled insights into decision workflows (not standalone reports).
- Measure and communicate business impact (efficiency gains, savings, risk reduction, improved compliance outcomes).
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on AI, advanced analytics, and automation; build organizational fluency in AI-enabled, policy-aware decision-making.
- Foster innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within Procurement.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership/operational teams to execute one or more programs/projects using leading change, risk, and resource management.
- Advance project management and change leadership disciplines (timelines, resources, budgeting, reporting).
- Guide stakeholder mapping, change readiness, and impact assessment with key P&L owners and Procurement Leadership Team.
- Grow business partnerships and influence senior management; improve performance metrics, programs/processes, and innovations.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years’ experience OR
- Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience OR
- PhD and 8 years’ experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Track record applying procurement principles/best practices/standards and in-depth industry practices.
- Experience leading/participating in cross-functional reengineering/process improvement (process diagrams, workflow analysis, SOP development, business process reengineering).
- Superior communication, presentation, and change leadership/management skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles.
- Experience with ERP implementations and change management initiatives.
- Continuous improvement experience for risk/compliance-related processes and policies.
- End-to-end supplier lifecycle knowledge (supplier risk assessment/onboarding, due diligence, offboarding).
- Project management skills and/or audit experience.
- Experience and/or knowledge of generally accepted contracting and sourcing processes.
