Solution Architect, Automation, Intelligent Process and Citizen Development Solutions

Role: Serve as a hands-on Solution Architect specializing in enterprise automation, AI-enabled orchestration, and citizen development within a regulated biopharma environment. Objectives: lead automation initiatives to improve productivity, compliance, quality, and business performance, while establishing a scalable Automation Center of Excellence. Responsibilities: design and implement automation solutions across RPA, workflow automation, process mining, conversational bots, and intelligent automation; develop automation strategy, standards, and governance; drive adoption through training and change management; manage automation portfolio, vendor relationships, and investment planning; ensure solutions meet GxP, data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: minimum 15 years of experience in process transformation, automation, and solution delivery; proven expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), process mining (Celonis), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and enterprise systems (SAP, CRM). Strong architecture, technical delivery, and cross-functional influence skills are essential. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred; automation, cloud, or life sciences certifications desirable. High-value: extensive experience in regulated biopharma or life sciences settings; automation within GxP/compliance frameworks; cross-platform expertise including SAP, CRM, and data platforms; leadership in scaling automation COEs. Work setup: non-routine travel based on business needs; primarily hybrid or remote.
