You will be part of our Software Engineering organization developing Workstation and enterprise Client-Server software. As such, the successful candidate will be involved in a new generation product incorporating new technology to provide value to the customer. The responsibilities of this position include: Designing, developing and maintaining manual and automated tests test cases using test tools and frameworks Executing test cases and analyze and report test results to product teams Participating in product functional reviews, test specifications, documentation review Collaborating with peer engineers and architects to solve complex problems spanning their respective areas to deliver end to-end quality in our technology and customer experience Participating actively in functional, system and regression testing activities Working closely with the development team to analyze, debug and resolve any issues Design and develop test plans; test cases based upon functional and design specifications Familiarity with software development life cycles and agile programming methodologies Note: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with onsite presence at the Santa Clara office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent Strong working knowledge in automated testing framework and associated scripting languages 1+ years of experience developing automated test software Experience developing test designs and test cases for verification and validation of product functionality through manual and automated E2E tests Experience in developing test cases using test tools such as xUnit/nUnit/Selenium/Protractor and Specflow Experience in testing or development using C#/.NET, Javascript, SaaS and REST API Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills Demonstrates clear, concise, and precise verbal and written communication Experience implementing and testing On Prem and Cloud infrastructure solutions for one or more leading cloud providers (AWS, Kubernetes, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) It would also be advantageous if you have: Experience in automated testing on Windows Operating system using PowerShell Experience with DevOps, agile build processes and continues integration processes and tools – Jenkins, Nexus, VMWare vSphere Experience with Performance measurement tools such as JMeter Knowledge of Chromatography or other analytical instrumentation Experience in developing software for Regulatory Compliant environments such as 21CFR Part 11 Experience working with geographically dispersed teams Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $98,976.00 - $154,650.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
