Job Description Summary As Software Engineering Manager, you will lead software engineering teams developing software for Premium Monitoring products. The role covers Build & Integration, Automated Testing environments, and Software reliability and performance testing, supporting both existing solutions and new patient monitoring technologies. Essential Responsibilities Lead and develop high-performing software engineering teams focused on Build & Integration, Automated testing environment and Performance & Reliability testing. Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive excellence through extensive use of AI, embedding AI-assisted practices into development, testing, integration, and operations. Set clear technical direction and expectations for platform reliability, performance, and scalability. Lead software teams in program execution. Collaborate with experts to create technical roadmaps aligned with customer needs. Basic Qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM discipline Leading teams creating high-quality software products Using modern software development processes, tools, and best practices. Technologies and tools that we use include GitLab CI, Buildbot, AWS, Robot Framework, locally maintained Linux development servers. Experience in these is beneficial but not mandatory Experience applying AI to improve software development processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills Ability to inspire, set clear expectations, coach, and foster a positive and inclusive culture Solution-oriented and curious mindset with passion for continuous learning Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and EU work permit Desired skills Master’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM discipline Proven experience leading software teams in Build & integration and Test automation Experience with performance testing, reliability engineering, or safety-critical systems Technologies and tools that we use include GitLab CI, Buildbot, AWS, Robot Framework, locally maintained Linux Ability to inspire teams, set clear expectations, and drive execution Fluent in English, both spoken and written Eligibility to work in the EU Behaviors We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership – always with unyielding integrity.
