Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and maintain reusable, accessible React/TypeScript components for the Unity React library (design tokens/tokenization, theming light/dark and density modes, composability, Storybook documentation).
- Build and advance AI-assisted/agentic developer workflows (Claude Code skills, MCP integrations such as Figma/Storybook, context/markdown files, prompt-to-code/design-to-code pipelines) for Unity-compliant UI delivery.
- Develop full-stack supporting services, front-end automation, and build/release/validation tooling using Python and Node.js (CI/CD, design-ops, compliance checks).
- Own end-to-end quality: automated tests, accessibility testing (WCAG 2.2 AA), cross-browser QA (Storybook, Axe, GitHub), and QA before release.
- Serve as the developer-facing โ€œfaceโ€ of Unity: community support/outreach, demos/office hours/presentations.
- Gather requirements from developer community needs, translate into actionable work, maintain technical documentation, and communicate progress/issues/escalations via fast feedback loops.
- Contribute to data-visualization capabilities and data-science-driven features when applicable.
- Stay current with AI productivity tooling; pilot/evaluate/roll out improvements; mentor colleagues; partner with design/brand/accessibility/BTS; follow SDLC, data security, and applicable GxP standards.

- Strong testing/QA discipline.
- Experience building for developer audiences; independent requirement gathering/documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written/oral English; proactive, collaborative.

Preferred:
- Angular or other frontend frameworks; data science/data visualization; front-end automation.
