What Youโ€™ll Do
- Own capabilities from concept to production; partner with business stakeholders to shape requirements and ensure adoption in a regulated environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for clinical trial data workflows, statistical computing, and regulatory reporting pipelines.
- Architect and build AI-powered/agentic applications (LLM-integrated tools, multi-step autonomous agents, MCP-based workflows) to automate complex clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with global statisticians and clinical data scientists to translate analytical requirements into robust, scalable software.
- Build and extend integrations across clinical data ecosystem (e.g., CLUWE, SCE, and downstream regulatory submission tooling).
- Develop APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines for sensitive clinical data compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and Lilly data governance.
- Partner with DevOps/cloud teams to deploy and maintain applications on enterprise cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies; contribute to roadmaps; improve engineering practices, code quality, and documentation.
- Stay current on AI/agentic frameworks and evaluate responsible applications in regulated environments.

Your Basic Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Systems or related.
- 3+ years full-stack development with production-deployed applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. full-time; no visa sponsorship.

What You Should Bring (Required/Preferred Skills)
- Python; JavaScript/TypeScript; SQL (R a plus).
- LLM-integrated app development; agentic frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen/MCP), prompt engineering, RAG, responsible AI.
- React or Vue.js; responsive UI; Plotly/D3.js.
- RESTful APIs; FastAPI/Flask; Node.js; GraphQL.
- Pandas/NumPy/PySpark; ETL/ELT; CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
- AWS/Azure; Docker; CI/CD; Git.
- PostgreSQL/SQL Server/Oracle; relational and NoSQL.
- Regulated/GxP experience; audit trails, electronic signatures, 21 CFR Part 11.
