Software Development Manager, Billing Automation

Role: Manager of Billing Automation leading an AI-driven engineering team to transform revenue cycle workflows in a healthcare diagnostics environment. Responsibilities: oversee development of scalable cloud-native applications, APIs, and AI-enabled services supporting laboratory billing, claims processing, and reimbursement; define technical strategy for AI integration; partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Data & AI, and CloudOps; lead talent development, engineering best practices, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's in CS or Engineering; 6-7 years of software engineering experience including 3+ years in leadership; expertise in cloud-native architectures (preferably on AWS), enterprise software development, and AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, and AI orchestration frameworks; strong stakeholder management and Agile leadership skills. Preferred: healthcare operations or revenue cycle AI solutions experience, familiarity with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR), and certifications like AWS Solutions Architect.
