Snr Mgr / AD EHDS Data Cataloguing

Role: Senior Manager / Associate Director, EHDS Data Cataloguing within Johnson & Johnson's Clinical Data Transparency unit, leading efforts to identify, classify, and maintain in-scope health data under the European Health Data Space (EHDS). Responsibilities: oversee data inventory and cataloging processes, coordinate data owners across functions, ensure metadata standards (e.g., HealthDCAT-AP) are applied, develop governance controls, validate dataset information, and embed cataloging into broader data management workflows. Qualifications: advanced degree in a relevant field; 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or data management disciplines such as data standards, governance, or clinical data transparency; expertise in data cataloging, metadata, and clinical data standards like CDISC or FHIR; proven cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. High-Value: focus on health data under EHDS, international and cross-functional collaboration, data governance, metadata management, and compliance with evolving data standards. Work Setup: hybrid (3 days onsite weekly) with potential for remote work, with some domestic/international travel expected.
