Job Description
The Site Strategy & Operational Excellence (S&OE) Lead drives strategic governance and process improvement in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Accountable for the Site Master Plan and Goal Setting Process.
Responsible for the Center of Excellence for Continuous Improvement (CI) at the site. Duties include:
- Site OpX Capability build for Lean, Six Sigma and Innovation.
- Supply and Change Management at the site, including the process and site overview of the process.
