Role: Lead site services systems management for aseptic production facilities at Novo Nordisk, ensuring maintenance and service delivery are cost-effective and compliant. Responsibilities: negotiate and oversee contracts, manage facility upkeep, respond to maintenance requests, supervise security, housekeeping, pest control, and emergency response activities; maintain records for audits; handle deviations and non-conformances; support waste management and fire systems backup. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering, business, or related field; 5+ years in facilities maintenance with system ownership; 2+ years in contract negotiation and management; knowledge of building maintenance, security, and OSHA regulations; experience managing contractors.
