Main Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the site-level risk register; ensure risks are identified, assessed, prioritized, and tracked per global risk management governance.
- Lead periodic risk assessments across site functions (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Digital, HSE, etc.) to identify emerging risks and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Provide a standardized site risk picture regardless of risk type (industrial, quality, HSE, material, etc.).
- Develop and present risk reports, dashboards, and heat maps to Site Leadership Team (SLT) and global stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly/annual cadence.
- Facilitate risk workshops and cross-functional risk reviews; lead site risk governance and interactions with product line management.
- Ensure risk mitigation actions are assigned, tracked to completion, and escalated when needed.
- Maintain alignment with global risk governance bodies; contribute to global reporting and benchmarking.
- Support internal/external audits and health authority inspections for risk management readiness.
Lead the Site Business Continuity Program
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the site BCP program per Sanofi standards, ISO 22301, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA); define RTOs and RPOs.
- Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans.
- Lead tabletop exercises, simulations, and drills at least annually; drive continuous improvement.
- Establish/maintain a Crisis Management Team (CMT) with roles, escalation protocols, and communication trees.
- Track/report BCP maturity, exercise outcomes, and plan update status.
- Ensure vital records are identified, protected, and recoverable.
Lead the Site Cyber Resilience Program
- Serve as site lead for the global Cyber Resilience program; coordinate local implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree required.
- 10+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Business continuity/project and/or risk management experience desired.
