The Site Quality Lead is accountable for all site Quality functions (QA, QC, Operations, Compliance), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, IVDR) as the designated Management Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Leading quality systems
- Ensuring product quality
- Managing site compliance
- Directing QA/QC
- Championing quality culture
- Managing site quality plans
- Leading risk assessments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-15 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance
- Significant leadership experience in regulated environments (Animal Health, Medical Devices, IVD)
