Clinical Research and Development
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop with sponsor the project objectives/scopes and strategy.
- Own project planning: timelines, costs, scope, and risks.
- Present projects in PPM governance committees for review and decision-making.
- Lead and monitor end-to-end execution of one or more projects.
- Manage project controls: deliverables/expenditures review, reporting, follow-ups, and management of project changes and risks.
- Ensure achievement of project objectives across design fundamentals, costs, deadlines, quality, HSE, and industrial performance.
- Serve as interface with site functions (operational/support), external operational contacts, and related projects.
- Conduct project communications and manage site and global stakeholders.
- Update project progress summaries in tools (including Shine) ensuring compliance with good management practices and auditable financial rules.
- Provide regular activity reporting to clients and the site Project Portfolio Management team (and global PPM team as required).
- Share and apply best practices and digital solutions to the job scope.
- Contribute to improving tools and methods to monitor portfolio execution on site.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in project management/capital projects/technical product transfer/technical project management/engineering/manufacturing operations or related fields.
- Proven experience executing significant projects while controlling schedule and cost.
- Experience and agility with digital tools supporting project execution and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Scientific bachelor’s degree (chemical/biochemical/pharmaceutical engineering) or business/finance degree.

Skills:
- Strong leadership; proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to speak up and escalate early warning signs.
- Business acumen and execution skills; financial acumen and understanding of industrial strategy.
- Ability to assess and challenge workload and functional support needs.
- Ability to track and confirm task execution.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry constraints/regulations (GxP, FDA, etc.).
