The Site Operational Excellence (OPEX) Lead is accountable for executing and supporting the Operational Excellence Management System for Manufacturing and Quality. This role focuses on site-level implementation, coaching, and continuous improvement, acting as a key interface between global and site teams. The lead is an expert in Lean, Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, and Human Performance Reliability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
