Site Management Lead

Role: Clinical Site Management (CSM) Senior Manager providing operational leadership and strategic direction for global or regional clinical trials, ensuring quality, integrity, and timeliness of site activities. Responsibilities: drive study-level CSM deliverables, develop site monitoring and engagement strategies, oversee site selection, activation, and closure, and manage risk assessment and mitigation plans; collaborate with study teams to ensure compliance and documentation readiness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a medical/scientific field; 5+ years in industry clinical research, including monitoring or project management; experience across multiple study phases (I-III) and therapeutic areas preferred; strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills; proficiency in GxP, ICH, and global regulatory standards; advanced MS Office skills.
