Site Lean Champion

Role: Site Lean Champion responsible for leading operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and laboratory functions to enhance efficiency and culture. Responsibilities: develop and execute Lean 4.0 practices, facilitate deployment of core Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events, coach site leadership and teams on Lean and problem-solving, utilize digital tools for performance analysis, collaborate with Quality and Operations to improve systems, and promote Lean culture through communication and engagement activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or operations; 10+ years in Operational Excellence, Lean transformation, or Quality systems within manufacturing or labs; proven experience improving quality and lab operations via Lean; strong analytical skills with digital tools; collaborative skills; Lean Green Belt certification preferred, Black Belt desirable.
