Position Description: Site Inventory Coordinator

Essential functions (including, but not limited to):
- Perform general warehouse work.
- Support inventory management in the receipt, disbursement, labeling, placement, and distribution of materials to supply or staging areas across the Rahway site.
- Use computer database systems that support procurement and inventory management.
- Perform data entry and queries; maintain and reconcile inventory levels.
- Sample production materials and chemicals for quality evaluation; complete associated paperwork.
- Perform shipping material identification/status control labeling; prepare documents per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulations, or established procedures.
- Load/unload trailers; ensure proper storage and delivery of materials, waste, and equipment usage.
- Maintain safety equipment; perform documented periodic safety and GMP inspections.
- Notify appropriate parties of safety, environmental, and regulatory non-compliance (with EHS training provided prior to handling EHS materials).
- Perform general area housekeeping.

Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency with computer systems/applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, twist, climb steps, and wear personal protective equipment.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Prior warehouse experience.
- Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.
- Forklift Operator Certified; 3+ years operating sit-down, stand-up, narrow aisle, and powered pallet jacks.

Compensation range:
- $28.59 to $38.08 depending on experience.
