Site HSE Specialist

Role: Program Lead for occupational safety and health (HSE) supporting the expansion of a biopharmaceutical campus into Aseptic Drug Product operations. Responsibilities: develop, implement, and track HSE systems, controls, and programs to ensure safe, compliant startup and ongoing operations; lead safety program integration across construction and manufacturing; collaborate with internal teams and external providers to promote safety excellence; provide expert guidance on new equipment, processes, and technology transfers; conduct impact assessments and investigations, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement; foster a proactive safety culture via training, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
