Site Head IT - Business Technology MTO

Role: Site Head IT - Business Technology MTO supporting IT Surgical Team at Houston, TX manufacturing site. Objectives: lead technology operations, align IT solutions with business needs, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: oversee technology projects to enhance efficiency, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for strategic alignment, manage daily IT operations, develop and execute business technology strategies, and ensure GxP compliance. Contribute to transformation initiatives such as Smart Factory, promote adoption of global applications and processes, support information governance, and maintain security and compliance standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years relevant IT experience; 5+ years leadership in technology roles; fluency in English.
