Site General Manager (Cincinnati, Ohio)

Responsibilities:
- Lead achievement of performance objectives for EHS & Sustainability, Quality & Compliance, Customer Supply, and financial performance.
- Translate TGO and Cluster strategy into site mission, master plan, and operating agenda supporting compliant supply and operational excellence.
- Role model Teva Way and Leadership Principles; drive accountability, transparency, and ownership.
- Lead a proactive quality system meeting regulatory and Teva standards.
- Champion Teva Lean Management System (TLMS) to drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, supply, and cost.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Global teams.
- Lead introduction of new manufacturing technologies and new product launches.
- Engage, enable, and develop the Cincinnati workforce (~270 colleagues) to deliver the Cincinnati Mission and Site Master Plan.
- Represent TEVA to local (and country) authorities and community leaders (with corporate approval).

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Relevant scientific or business degree; academic background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge and track record in Operational Excellence.
- Advanced knowledge of cGMP, Validation, and local/Global regulations.
- Understanding of EHS as it relates to the site.
- Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle; knowledge/experience in product and tech transfer.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience leading complex site operations, new technology implementation, product launch/transfer, and organizational capability building.
- Cross-functional understanding (quality & supply chain core).
- Ability to build a high-performing Site Leadership Team.
- Strong communication, employee engagement, coaching, and capability-building skills.
