Site Engineering Planner & Scheduler

Responsibilities
- Determine scope of work requests, clarify originator intent, and assign priority for resource deployment.
- Plan work strategy with Maintenance/Metrology and Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Plan all work to ensure equipment availability; define Materials, Labor, Special Tools, Safety Permits, etc.; progress work orders through workflow statuses.
- Manage SR and create work orders; plan Asset Management work including EHS permits, coordinated/special tools (e.g., scaffolding), and parts/materials before scheduling.
- Define repair/replace strategy; include preliminary procedures if missing; create work orders in CMMS.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to optimize maintenance/metrology/stockroom inventory.
- Identify/escalate waste in planning; perform periodic reviews.
- Plan Major/Minor site outages to minimize impact to Operations.
- Manage workload against labor/equipment availability to avoid manufacturing interruptions.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Engineering, Reliability, and Manufacturing Scheduling in a matrix organization.
- Support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders; support CAPA and compliance for non-conformances; support NOE/NTR/QE and audit responses by due dates.

Requirements
- BS in engineering/related discipline or equivalent; 4+ years in Clean Utilities Ops/Maintenance, Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment Maintenance, and/or aligning Manufacturing & Maintenance schedules.
- Vendor contract experience for maintenance/metrology.
- Microsoft Office and database management; strong analytical/communication skills.
- Project management, problem-solving, decision-making; team collaboration.
- Experience working with safety/PPE in varied facility environments.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Devens, MA: $99,280–$120,304; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
