Site coordinator

Role: Phlebotomy Site Coordinator responsible for overseeing patient service center operations, managing staff, and ensuring quality specimen collection at Labcorp in Macon, GA. Responsibilities: coordinate activities of PSC staff, monitor patient flow, address performance and compliance issues, perform venipuncture and specimen processing, manage inventory, and handle administrative tasks including billing and data entry. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience, 5+ years in team leadership, and pediatrics experience; preferred 8+ years of leadership. Certifications from accredited agencies or completed training are required if experience is lacking.
