The Site Care Partner is a key point of contact for investigative sites throughout a study life cycle.
Accountabilities:
- Build and retain investigator site relationships; support sites from site recommendation through the study lifecycle.
- Lead site recruitment; safeguard quality and patient safety at the investigator site.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to optimize country/site selection via collaboration and local intelligence.
- Ensure sites receive support/engagement; resolve issues and uphold Pfizerโs reputation.
- Coordinate with CRA/Site Monitor, Investigator Contracts Lead, Site Activation Partner, Clinician, etc., to optimize communications and visibility into site quality.
- Use/interpret analytic data (with country intelligence and IRMS) to identify quality/compliance risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct site start-up activities (PTA, activation checklist, ICD finalization, SIV) and manage issues impacting activation timelines.
- Ensure site initiation/training and completion of required documentation/systems.
- Support country-specific ICD review/deployment; complete post-PTA/SIV follow-up for readiness for FSFV.
- Partner with CRA/site monitor for monitoring readiness.
- Provide escalated study-delivery support; coordinate communications/resolution.
- Manage IP/ancillary supplies strategy and site/country requirements.
- Deliver effective site recruitment planning to global/country targets.
- Maintain relationships with Site Organizations/Strategic Partners; review site reports/issues.
- Demonstrate local clinical development leadership and serve as SME on Pfizer systems/processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree or RN in a related field (or equivalent); ~7+ yearsโ experience.
- English required; local language preferred.
- Prior experience in site management, including as a CRA/Site monitor.
- Experience from start-up through site activation; and in conduct/close-out.
- Knowledge of U.S. quality/regulatory requirements; GCP/ICH and applicable regulations.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use new technologies.
- Excellent communication/presentation/interpersonal skills; networking; cross-functional relationship management.
- Ability to manage required U.S. travel.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies/processes.
