Site Budget and Contracts Specialist

Role: Site Budget and Contracts Specialist supporting clinical trial site agreements and budgets within Verastem Oncology's clinical operations. Responsibilities: develop, negotiate, and manage site contracts (CTAs, amendments), create and review site budgets, coordinate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, CROs, and sites to ensure timely activation and ongoing management; monitor timelines, resolve discrepancies, and document activities; support site payment processes and process amendments; contribute to process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in business, life sciences, or related field; 2+ years in clinical operations, contracts, or site budgeting; knowledge of CTAs, budgets, amendments, site payments, and trial lifecycle; strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: experience negotiating with investigative sites or CROs, familiarity with clinical trial management systems, and supporting multiple studies; biotech or pharma experience is advantageous. High-value: Industry experience in biotech/pharma, clinical trial site contracting and budgeting, supporting oncology trials or other therapeutic areas, familiarity with trial management platforms.
