Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for site leaders.
- Coordinate site and leadership meetings (room booking, agendas, minutes, follow-up actions).
- Arrange domestic and international travel; build itineraries; submit expense reports.
- Serve as primary point of contact for sitewide communications and share updates.
- Plan and execute onsite/offsite meetings and events (logistics, equipment, vendors, catering).
- Create and maintain Microsoft Teams pages and SharePoint sites.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and provide flexible administrative support.
Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or equivalent regulated environments.
- Ability to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, team-based setting with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Sound judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
- Flexibility for occasional extended/early hours.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams in complex pharmaceutical/regulated environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary expected: $33,800–$62,800/year.
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity awards (role level dependent).
