Single Use Facility, Manufacturing Manager

Role: Manufacturing Manager leading shift operations in a biopharmaceutical production setting, focusing on the manufacture of therapeutic proteins in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities: oversee execution of unit operations involving bioreactors, chromatography, automation, and support systems; ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs; manage scheduling, shift communication, and team development; troubleshoot and analyze process data to drive improvements; maintain schedule adherence and safety standards. Requirements: B.S. in science, engineering, biochemistry, or related field; 6+ years of biologic manufacturing experience with supervisory or leadership roles; strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and biopharma processes; effective communication skills.
