Pay Range: $18.40 - $25.30
Position Summary
Warehouse Picker Packers assist with filling orders in a warehouse setting. They pick and pack goods as part of the Supply Chain team.
Key Responsibilities
- Use mobile devices to pick finished goods by work order (location, item, quantity)
- Ensure orders are picked/packed accurately and perform quality inspections
- Stage items correctly for packing and shipping
- Box up, shrink wrap, label, and package shipments
- Replenish floor stock of shipping materials using pallet jacks (follow safety regulations)
- Maintain and organize product storage areas (coolers/freezers/shelves)
- Unload/load materials to/from vendor vehicles as needed
- Meet warehouse goals; assist with inventory put-away for order fulfillment
- Follow company handbook policies and safety guidelines (AWAIR, Chemical Hygiene, Exposure Control)
- Assist with restocking inventory/packing supplies; maintain warehouse organization/cleanliness; perform additional duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills
- Basic warehouse process knowledge; basic math
- Proficient in basic computer programs; professional written/verbal communication
- Attention to detail; problem-solving; ability to work independently and with a team
- Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand for long periods; work in coolers/freezers; work shifts per business/department needs
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED; 0-2 years warehouse/shipping experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
